Join numbers never reset when someone leaves. Imports use Discord’s available join dates; earlier departed members cannot be reconstructed. Manual moves are labelled separately.
Wave settings & setup
Manage membership
Bring existing members in, or check Discord for changes.
Existing members
Preview unassigned members in recorded join order before applying. Members who already have a wave stay there.
Sync Discord
Repair missing roles or channels, restore wave permissions and check for joins missed while the bot was offline. This runs in the background.
Only wave roles are changed. Other roles remain intact. WarCord manages the permission overrides of its wave channels.
Assignment preview
Current members’ recorded join dates determine this order. Earlier departed members cannot be reconstructed. Preview expires after 15 minutes; changes require a fresh preview.
Your waves
Open means accepting new members. Closing enrolment keeps the channel and its conversations available.
